We battled 50+ teams including 4 visiting World Champions from Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas at the Stagecoach State BBQ Championships on April 24 and 25, 2009. There were 3 contests in one weekend: KCBS and IBCA

It was cold and windy but we were able to complete our BBQ turn-ins without major problems (see canopy flying 50 feet; luckily no one was hurt). Everyone enjoyed the Friday Potluck CBBQA Finger Eggrolls with Shimp and Chili-Lime Dipping sauce.
