I had the great pleasure to connect with food blogger Sean Rice of meatmeblog.blogspot.com on the competition BBQ circuit where he photographed and blogged about various BBQ teams. I invited Sean to join me in a cookoff in Anaheim in June 2012 and immediately developed a rapport which later turned into to a teacher-student relationship when Sean took my BBQ class in Diamond Bar.
