Bacon Wrapped Sputnik Medjool Dates with Feta Cheese

I’m always coming up with new muse appetizers to serve during my zero-to-hero BBQ 101 class which I teach in my backyard a couple of Saturdays every month. I want to give my students easy and tasty appetizers ideas to take home after class. That way my students could serve bite-sized morsels to their guests before the main barbecue meats are ready. You want to be a gracious host when you entertain and keep the appetizers and beverages flowing throughout your party. I like to keep my muse dishes to 3-4 ingredients so it’s simple for my students to recreate them. One popular appetizer that looks like a Russian Sputnik satellite is my Bacon Wrapped Medjool Dates with Feta Cheese. You can use Feta or you can use regular Philadelphia cream cheese.
