    Amazing class learned a lot even if you think you are a seasoned backyard BBQ master. Harry will point out all the things you can be doing better and his words of wisdom rounded out a great class. 5 ⭐️ class!

    This is my second SYD class and I really enjoyed myself. Chris and Chuck were awesome (SCA instructors) and Harry (as always) was gracious and generous with (ungodly amounts of food) and his sage wisdom. I’m definitely doing the Sausage class, just need to clear it with the boss (Wife). If you have not participated in a SYD class, something is missing from your life . . .
